    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill:

    “On page 9, section 4, line 3, by removing subsection (f) in its entirety;

    And,

    On page 9, section 4, line twenty-three, by removing the words, “Department of Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof the following, “Higher Education Policy Commission”.
